Just wondering if bank fishermen can fish these closed areas?

The statement above says "closures will keep recreational boating off the rivers"... ... closures are meant to reduce wave development"...

so it sounds like just boats - but I know I live behind a levee off the main channel and its been closed to pedestrian and vehicle traffic (except for "levee patrol" vehicles) for several weeks now (since the high water situation occurred, prior to any levee breaks).

That's not that helpful of an answer but all I know.

Anybody else with info?
