Delta Closures - March 31 Update

Following Link for updated Delta Closures / Restrictions from San Joaquin County.
Looks like some more of Old River has been revised from "Pink" / Closed to "Orange" / 5mph Tide Restriction.

Fished this morning, stayed out of the "5 mph restricted area" ..... which was 8:00 to Noon because I didn't want to deal with it. People I know who did venture in said the speed limit was being substantially ignored.
