Ive never fished it and was curious if they stock trout there.
Thanks for the help.

Does Berryessa have trout?
Fear does not prevent death, it prevents life.
You've never lived until you've almost died and for those who have fought for it, life has a whole new flavor that the protected will never know....

Awesome, I'm heading to Clear Lake for the first time in 2 weeks. I may go to Berry one day this week if possible. Ive seen tournament results and it looks like it definitely has a healthy population of all 3 species. I'm looking forward to fishing some new water and not timing my bites around the tide.

I have been throwing top water above all the shallow grass and s wavers on the points and having lots of success
Re: Does Berryessa have trout?
Yes, trout and Kokanee - but in the summer they tend to start going deeper. A dropshot with a watermelon red zoom drop shot worm or baby brushhog will get bit toward the back of coves. They may not be huge but they are effective, I prefer teaching kids with a drop shot or senko.
