2003 250 YAMAHA HPDI---Parting Out


I have an excellent condition an 2003 250 Yamaha HPDI with 400 hours that I am parting out.

Model# VZ250TLRB

Roughly 400-450 total hours
lower unit - 300 +/- hours
Hydro Tec Heads
WSM forged pistons.

Locating pin broke in #3 cylinder w/ very minor cylinder wall scuffing and can be bored out....but still has 0 compression.
Another locating pin is starting to fail. Don't remember the # but all other 5 are between 132-135
