Curado crankin rod question

I recently bought a Curado Crankbait rod for deep crankin. I noticed the eyes on the top section of the rod are very small. I’m normally fish braid to a leader, I’m concerned with the small eyes that the connection knot is going to get hung up. Any one use these rods is that an issues?

I don't have the crankbait rod but I have the 7'4 moderate for my football jigs and I have no complaints and I use braid to flouro as well with a blood knot. So far no problems.
