Revo ALX handle and/or knob upgrades?

I have a left handed ALX on my punch rod but after fishing all day, I can hardly bring my thumb and index finger together. I know Abu Garcia use to make a larger version of the EVA knob but they don't appear to make it any longer and I can't verifiy if they would fit. Anyone have any detailed information on how to get a larger handle and/or knobs onto the ALX?

Handles from both Lew's and Quantum reels should fit the Revo.
