How to sign up for tournaments?

What’s up everybody! My name is Wayne and I’m new to the site and I’m looking for a little guidance in the form of a post or comment.

I have my own boat but I see a lot of team tournaments, do you join a team or build your own? Thanks for any/all help.

The word team in tournament fishing normally means just you and a partner fishing together as a team against other pairs of anglers. There's plenty of options from small clubs to amateur circuits to participate in. Just find a partner, sign up, pay your entry fees and go fish. Look at FPT and BBT who are both sponsors here as a starting point. Good luck.
