Husband, wife charged in Bassmaster vendor trailer theft case
GREENVILLE, SC (WSPA) - Greenville Police Department officers arrested a husband and wife for their connection to a trailer theft last week.
According police department news release, Jerry Adam McCauley, 33, and Tabitha Rae McCauley, 31, were arrested on March 19, after they were found sleeping in a stolen SUV in a parking lot at 1 McDaniel Green in Greenville.
The SUV matched the description of the one involved in the theft and had reportedly run out of gas.
We reported earlier that a vendor, who had come to the Upstate from Delaware to sell his ReelSnot product and apparel in the 2018 Bassmaster Classic, but in broad daylight someone stole his trailer right out of the Hampton Inn parking lot, located at 255 Congaree Road.

I just saw their latest FB post, turns out due to a rider in their insurance policy they won't be reimbursed for the lost products. That totally sucks! I feel for these guys. When I need to re-up my line conditioner I will purchase one from them. Hope they can bounce back soon!
