Looks like the youth had the biggest fish of the tourney, they might be separate though.

So are we to infer that Ronnie won the big fish award as well as was drawn for the Grand Prize of $5,500 it does read kinda vague - Grand Prize $5,500 but doesn't call out who won it.

I would think this is THE BIG ANNOUNCEMENT and you would want that plastered everywhere. The rules state the drawing for the grand prize was held at the end of the event so I imagine that anyone who was at the final draw knows who won. It would have also been nice to have transparency of how many participants there were since the payouts were tied to participation numbers.

5b. “SUPER 12” GRAND PRIZE scoring: The 12 anglers that had the biggest overall bass of each
hour will receive a seat in “Super 12” and be part of a grand prize drawing held at the end to the
event, where each finalist will receive a chance at to win the GRAND PRIZE cash award. The order
of the random draw will be determined according to weight of the Super 12 finalists, with the
heaviest overall big fish drawing first.

Either way congratulations to Ronnie with team TNT BAITS for taking home the Cooch Big Fish of the Event
