Hello
I'm moving a Lowrance 520C from a fiberglass ranger to an aluminum ranger. Is there anything I need to be concerned about regarding the GPS puck antenna placement in an aluminium boat that I didn't have to be concerned about with a fiberglass boat? The antenna is a 2000.

Just make sure the GPS antenna has a clear view of the sky without any aluminum blocking the sky. It can be mounted to any surface without any harmful effect.
