Minnkota ulterra SOLD

I have a 112 ulterra with a iPilot remote and quick release plate. It works but was involved in an accident when my boat became unhitched and the skeg punched a few holes in my truck tailgate. The motor worked when I used it after the accident but it had trouble retracting. It would come out of the water but then get jammed trying to fold down. Sometime it would work and sometime not. I can see that the mount for the dampener is broken off but don't know if there is other damage or not. I'll take $350 for it. The remote alone cost 130 and the mounting bracket is 70 brand new. I am in Orinda.
