I'm moving to Nampa in June and I'd like to know where I should head out first to go bass fishing. I'm moving from Oregon, and have primarily targeted smallies. I'm aware of the Sanke River system, but I'd appreciate a little info on exactly where I can go. I've also fished for Largemouth quite a bit, but would enjoy some pointers as to where to go for them too. Thanks.

Sam,
No problem. When you get to Nampa, just call (208) 467-1417 or stop by TriState Marine's showroom just off I 84 exit 36 in Nampa, ID. They are my boat sponsor, and they are great guys. Denny or John will help you get in tune with the local bass action, and can set you up in a local club if you like. They also stock a good selection of bass tackle.
Tell 'em I sent you!
ciao,
Marc
