On Saturday night Marc Marcantonio was fortunate enough to receive an award from the Washington State Council of Trout Unlimited at their annual banquet.
The award was the "Sportsperson of the Year Award" and the criteria for selection is:
OUTSTANDING SPORTSPERSON OF THE YEAR:
For demonstrating the following characteristics throughout the year:
A.
Exemplifying good sportsmanship and outdoor ethic.
B.
Willingness to state their beliefs (letters, testimony).
C.
Sharing of knowledge (classes, clinics, aquatic education).
D.
Providing opportunity for others to experience fishing.
