Speaking of Ribs -

Try out this recipe. Mouth watering, fall off the bone good and EASY to do.

Ingredients: Pork Ribs as many as you want.
Your favorite rib Rub. I use Emeril's
Your favorite BBQ sauce.

Generously coat your ribs on both sides with the rib rub. Then wrap them in Foil double layered. Place on grill direct heat medium. Cook for 60 minutes turning once. 30 Minutes each side Remove from foil and coat with BBQ sauce place back on grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side.

The only way to cook ribs is on the grill, slow smoked for hours and sauce is served on the side!

Use Apple & Cherry wood

You guys don't boil them first?

I would love a BBQ challenge! Like an Iron Cheff throw down! I know Cooch would throw in! So, we have got Sean, Gator, me, Cooch, and ...?? How about a superbowl sunday BBQ throw down!

Dave,

If you boil your ribs, I will be disappointed.

I'd love to open up a drive thru BBQ in Cooch's backyard, we'd make a killing. Check the regulations Cooch, that boat house of yours would make a great drive thru

Then we could go on that show on the VS network!

I think a cook off at the next event would be awesome! I've got no boat, so I'd rather cook! Someone name the time and place please.

As for boiling the ribs, I think that's only for beef ribs. An old black man told me once at a soul food cafe in S. San Fransicko about boiling them first.
