I do not have an hour meter. I have owned the boat for most of its life. I was the second owner and purchased around 1997. You will have a hard time finding a boat of this age in this condition. I do not have service records. It was serviced recently and I never go more than a year and a half with o...

Watching Aaron spray the water with a spray bottle. Is it a soapy mixture to break the surface tension so the pollen will disperse? Looked strange seeing him do that on Bass Cam.

How often should you buy new scents/attractants? Do they break down over time? Stored in the boat, they get a lot of heat exposer in the garage. Pro Cure, Smelly Jelly, Bang, ect. Just wandering when/if I should buy new stuff?

Your typical baits for small spots will work. Drop shot, dart heads, small jigs etc. Don't be afraid to throw a jerk bait or flukes. Not sure of the water temp, but you should check out some of the main lake pockets for active fish as well as any sandy banks with cockle burs. There are some largemou...

If you are undiciplined like me, the 5:1 is fine. I have a 5:1 Curado on my spinnerbait rod. The slower reel allows me to reel as fast as I want and still keep the bait in the strike zone. I rarely burn a spinnerbait so I have no need for a faster reel. If you need to burn the blade then put in on y...

Alright all you Millerton bashers. It may still be the "Home of the quarter pounder", but it is still better than it use to be. Start out with reaction baits. Slow roll a spinner bait, finesse rip with a spinning rod, flukes, and top water for sure. If you hook a small spot on a top water,...

Flourocarbon Coated Lines (Yo-zuri, Cuda, etc.)

In an earlier post, most agreed that McCoy Mean Green floated like mono.
I was wondering if coating nylon with flourocarbon causes the line to sink and thus not be good for top water applications.

Thanks,
