3 in 1 Silicone Lubricant will do the trick in fresh, brackish and salt water. Been using it for years and it's the best thing since ice cream. I've been using the "Stowaway" brand of batteries for years and I've never had a problem with them. I have a 22' Mako bay boat w/Minn Kota 101 Riptide, 21' Stratos w/ Minn Kota Maxx80 and a 19' Action Craft flats boat w/Minn Kota Riptide ST 80 and I've never run out of power on any of them...
