russo's is a long drive from sacramento. if you like fishing frank's tract, i think it's shorter and faster to launch out of B & W or korth's pirate's lair off of highway 12. there's actually a lot of good bass fishing very close to B & W. PM me if you need more detailed help.

It is mostly likely the Bass Pro Shop brands. They make good quality rods for a fair price. They have the backing of all of their stores plus their website. Oh and their warranty is better than any of the other big rod manufactures. My brother had a rod for about a year when it broke on a hook set....

i'm not familiar with F-glass...do you perhaps mean E-glass? if so, you should also give an S-glass a try before going to graphite or a composite. S-glass is lighter, more sensitive and crisper than the older and less expensive E-glass. the skeet reese SR705R is awesome.

i've looked through the instructions for both my citica E200 and curado E7 and neither says anything about adjusting the VBS. with my other reels, they say the brakes have to be turned on/off in pairs. i'm assuming this is NOT the case with the shimanos? in fact, the diagram in the instruction sheet...

pretty slanted article IMHO. these were 40 and 50 year leases that are expiring that the bureau decided over a year ago not to renew. you'd have to have your head in the sand to not plan for the pending expiration of a lease that you know is coming.
