Re: Mike Long admits deceit behind bass record?
Somebody spent a lot of time interviewing his past partners and lake officials to write this article. I never knew he was banned from those tournament circuits. I don't think he will ever recover from this with past tournament partners giving the interviewer information like this, and storing big ba...

Re: GOOD NEWS, Boat gas rebate form. SCGR-1
From the FAQ on that website: Is a refund available for the tax paid on gasoline used in a vessel? Refunds of the tax paid on gasoline are available if the vessel is used in the ocean beyond the three (3) mile limit. Refunds of the tax paid also are available if used in propelling a vessel operated...

GOOD NEWS, Boat gas rebate form. SCGR-1
I just found out from a friend at work that there is a rebate form for gas that is not used for driving your vehicles on the road. Thats right a rebate for all the gas you use in your boat and things that are not driven on the road like tractors and heavy equipment. I googled SCGR-1 and the form fro...

Quickcleen is Merc's fuel additive just like Ring free is Yamaha's, some prefer Seafoam. Stabil is a fuel stabilizer to counter the affects of ethanol, water and for fuel preservation. The other 3 are to prevent carbon deposits, gumming and to keep fuel passages and rings and valves clear. I run Rin...

The day I went to secure loan money from the bank and pick up my used boat from a private party after lake trials I found out that Stanton held the title. I was told that the owner paid for the boat but the title had not been given to him by Stanton. So we went to their shop and it took an hour to f...

I have been hoping Cooch and Troyce would eventually come out with one utilizing the Wadda head and a skip gap hook with a keeper. Also just the head with a sideways line tie for a jika rig weight. Love the Wadda and would love to see that head design applied to these 2 other techniques. HINT

As previously stated stopping and letting the fish get right under the bait works if you then go to a fast retrieve and they think it will get away, works good with floaters and Orso's work good and will do a 180.

Since a guy won a tourney on it it will sell like hot cakes, so they do overprice it. I learned a while ago there is no secret bait after I damn near bought a tackle store and 1/2 of that stuff wont fit in my boat. I did not think it was legal to use spreader rigs in our lakes and to me that is all ...

Buy yourself an automotive fuel pump you can hook to the fuel line in front of the primer bulb and pump out all fuel in to cans. Then go get the piece of cardboard. in a well ventilated area of course.
