I carry jumper cables and this Jump and carry 660. It is fairly big but I think it will do a better job than the little jump starters and it has good reviews with a proven track record. I would suggest Dan as well if you want to keep them. I have the old stradic's and Dan has kept them going at a very reasonable price. Consider looking at these Diawa reels. I back reel fish as opposed to always worrying about the drag settings and Shimano removed the anti reverse switch feature on ...

Thanks for the info, it was really strange to see the river literally rise rapidly without much rain etc. Melonies was only down .14 today and Tulloch up .67. I must be reading something wrong on the lake levels.
