I hit my lower unit and it cracked. Broke the piece off and was able to save the piece. Should I have it welded back on or buy a stainless replacement skeg? Is somewhat close to the gear case. Looking for suggestions, and I’m out of Stockton.

I’m looking at upgrading my old Navionics card. WhIch one should I go with for the Motherload lakes and do you get the same lake info with Platinum plus as you do with Hot maps. I do have a salt water boat that I could use the card for also.
