hi vis fluoro
I've been throwing a senko on 8lb Berkley 100% fluoro and it's worked well for me and never broken off. However, sometimes on both windy and sunny days, I have hard time seeing the line. Any suggestions for a hi vis fluoro? I've read mixed reviews on Berkley Transition.. also I've tried light braid ...

Curado 201DPV drag problem
The star-drag adjuster seems very loose. When I'm reelin, sometimes my fingers will brush against the drag adjust and it'll click and move. Is this normal with this model? thanks for any suggestions..

Re: Stripers 1/3/10
Fished WAY out west near Pittsburg on Sunday. Soaked some anchovies and not one nibble. Started jigging with a spoon and landed 4 legals within an hour. Go figure.. I didn't think stripers were that picky.

Are the 8' rods telescopic? If not, it must be hard getting them into the boat locker..

Minn Kota 101 so cheap now?
http://www.jthelectronics.com/product/28426.html?utm_source=google%20product%20search&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=mm_seo Why are these so cheap? Cheaper than some powerdrive/terrova 24v. Are they planning to lower the 24v also? I'd buy it but another battery is bit much weight. Btw, I'm ...

Re: 3/4 & 1 Ton Arki Jigs For Punching ?
Some of the hyacinth is so thick, I wish there was a 2oz tungsten available and if it was $10-15 each, I'd still buy it. I'm still on the fence about the skirt. It seems like with or without a skirt, as long as I can get anything through the weeds and if there's a bass there, they'll hit it.. and hi...

Re: lets end the debate! right now! "forever"!!!!!
I replaced my MG ninja with the new Safari prop and WOW! It ran completely weedless yesterday during low-tide. It has breathed new life into my 45lb. It add more thrust also which allowed me to run on the lowest setting. However be careful at the highest setting, as the Safari will cause over correc...

Re: Big Break or Franks?
Thank you all for the advice so far..
I'm in a 19' Nitro w/ 125 Merc. I've run everywhere in big break and have experienced the chop and winds. Until the GPS gets here, I've been sticking with wide areas so I can use PoIs to get back to the launch.
Any recommendations on sloughs with launch access?

Big Break or Franks?
Coming from East Bay, is it worth the extra drive to Franks Tract over Big break for LMB? I don't have a GPS so prefer not to roam too far from launch. I've fished Big Break about a dozen times now and it (or I most likely) is very inconsistent.. I've caught limit 2 times and other times, only like ...
