Re: 2.38 to Win Casitas | ABA Results July 15
Is anyone throwing live threadfin? I don’t do it, but a lot of my friends are the guys that pioneered this technique at Casitas and Castaic. If they still won’t bite that, you really have a problem. I think the fish population is down everywhere they have had lower water. Clear Lake is so fertile th...

I got my order last week to SoCal in 36 hrs. with regular shipping. They won't usually let you order out of stock items. This may help some orders arrive on time.

Anybody want to fill in the details on why TW is struggling? I understand that they can't get a lot of their products because of covid, but why is shipping so slow? Do they not have enough employees to fill orders, or do they not have the right shipping company, or both?

Most Public lakes in SoCal are closed to night boating. Night bass tournaments I have fished all had 10 mph Max speed limit at night. Bright Q beam light helps if your lake allows faster speeds at night. Tom Half of the field would sink their boats in SoCal night tournaments if we weren't limited t...

I didn't know if my trip to Havasu from SoCal was going to be a covert CIA operation gone wrong, or more of a successful Smokey and the Bandit episode. You just live in the wrong part of CA. My neighborhood in the Coachella Valley is full of RV garages. The homes aren't outrageous either because the RV owners tend to spend time in their RV's, and don't need a gigantic home.JoeLanghans wrote:Man, If I lived in Alabama and not California....

While I think a little introspective thinking is helpful Nate, I think this oversimplifies the issue. There is a myriad of reasons why people aren't as nice as they used to be. This is only one study. I have read other studies that suggest the opposite. Regardless, weigh-in fish should be distributed around the lake. This is why the MLF format is a better tournament format for the fish.
