Re: Won Bass - Alabama Rig/Umbrella Rig
How can a rig that most guys fish with three single hook swimbaits have a high mortality rate? I bet more fish have lost an eye smashing a fast moving topater plug with three treble hooks. That is a high mortality rate. How can it be higher than a plastic worm? That bait is fished slow giving fish a...

Re: Alabama Gig/ Umbrella Rig Banned!
Lame. So fishing a castable rig is like a trot line? That is your justification? I hope you ban double fluke rigs, and shakey head/dropshot combos. Those are just as bad as gillnetting.

Re: Won Bass - Alabama Rig/Umbrella Rig
Let me call the Whaaaabulance. Really snagging fish while fishing an alabama rig? Have you seen people fish it? it is slow rolled with five baits. For as much drag on the bait, and as much water as it moves, I would like to see someone rip that bait hard enough or fast enough to snag a bass. More fi...

Re: DVL NEWS!
Just remember, the MWD does not give two craps about fishermen. They needed public access to get the votes they needed to build the lake. They make more money selling water in a month than all the fees they charge in three years. Sooner or later this will turn into a Lake Mathews. Till then see you ...

Re: Quaggas at Diamond Valley Lake? Do you think they’d tell
I have always wondered why lake employees get there at 4:30 am but they can't get the lake open until a half hour after sunrise and close with 2 hours of daylight left? Turns out they blame it on the kangaroo rat? ARE YOU SERIOUS?????

Titanium Covered Side Plates
I have been seeing a few reel manufactures using this titanium coating process on side plates. Plueger, Quantum, Pinnacle, etc. How is the durabilty of this finish? Is it as really scratch proof as they say? How does this process do against corrosion? Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Hooked Up Tackle/ Southern California
most of the negative feed back is in the past month? To me that is not a pattern of bad customer service. Sounds like and employee was getting over on him. I have ordered baits and reels from him and all my stuff was recieved in a timely matter and in perfect condition.

No pics mine is pinned in an 8 pounders mouth in Perris somewhere. They were made by Brian Armstrong who fished Perris tournaments and killed everyone out there with them. I believe around 1999 or 2000.

Anyone in Southern California remember the Armstrong Crankbaits from fishing Perris and Puddingstone? Anyone have any idea where I could purchase one or two of them? Any help greatly apprecieated.
