Re: RIP Andy "Cooch" Cuccia

I knew of Andy for years, but didn’t meet him until 3 weeks ago when I took a trip with him to learn how to jig fish the Delta. He taught me more in one day than I learned in 5 years on my own. Even though the wind was blowing and Plan A went out the windy he didn’t miss a beat and we adjusted and g...

Re: Accessing Little Franks?

I only go through the openings in Little Franks with my trolling motor. On the wrong tide you can destroy a prop and shaft pretty easily. Ask me how I know.

Re: Delta Discussion

Not looking for shortcuts. That's why I'm talking about general info. That's why I also made it clear I'm not looking for specific areas. Just talking fishing....this is what this forum is for right?[/quote] Now you see why a lot of people don't ask for fishing advice here. Some people act like they...

Re: I'm a slow learner (punching)

Thanks I appreciate the info. I struggle with punching out there and I usually feel like at low tide I at least have a shot punching the edges.

Re: Ca Delta Fishing Report - Video

Good stuff Aaron. I threw the Whopper Plopper 110 Saturday evening and Sunday morning all around Frank's Tract and Mandeville and didn't even get a blowup. Must be that low visibility

8ft Talon for Sale (Sold)

For sale 8 ft Minn Kota Talon. This is the older style. I ran it for one season and just replaced it with 2 12 footers. This one comes with 2 remotes and has the quick disconnect power cord. I took a video of it operating before I took it off the boat last week. This is for local pickup only. I work...

Dobyns and Shimano Rods

I'm selling my 7ft rods because I picked up some shorter ones that work better on the boat. Local pickup in the Bay Area if you're interested. I'd rather not ship. All rods were used on the boat for a season and kept in rod sleeves whenever they were not fishing. I can send pictures if you need them...
