Can't see what your pic is showing, but. It's probably a circuit breaker. You over heated it and it's now a open circuit. If there isn't a button sticking out of it (reset) you'll have to get a new one to replace it with.

Seat belts. No thank you. I have a XB2003 Allison and a 19' Champion. I feel safer in the Allison because of sitting down in the boat and in a true bucket seat. Yesterday I hooked the Allison at about 85 to 90. Wakes and backing out of the throttle to quickly were the reason. I can tell when it's go...

Now you can have 15% Ethanol, 15% water and 70% low octain gas. More old gas engines burned up due to bad gas. Now the gas station operators can increase their volume by adding at least 10% water to each tanker drop.

Put a piece of hose on the bulb drop the end in a gas can. Eliminate the boat. To me it's either a bulb made of to soft a material or the pump is drawing more fuel then the supply can support. Restriction before the bulb. The pump is on the engine, it sucks fuel from the tank. The bulb is getting sucked flat because it's the most ply-able/noticeable thing after the restriction. Most manufactures can tell you how much setback their hull likes for normal loads. Basically the more trim, for max speed the longer set back you need. A well set up boat needs very little positive trim, negative trim is fastest. The boat is the load. The end of the pad is the fulcrum. The engine/pr...

The taking out the grease fitting is GOOD. As the suspension moves through center the excess grease will purg. Remember to reinstall the fitting. Also when greasing other things use just enough fill and clean the fitting before greasing.
