Re: RIP Lewis Andy "Cooch" Cuccia

Wow, just saw this. Don't come here often since moving out of state. Cooch was a living legend. Loved his articles and his way of making things simple. My claim to fame with Cooch was, I was on a guide trip with him when he took a call from Kent to appear on his radio program that weekend. I caught ...

I don't even follow them since they dropped the Extended Cast. My TV pkg doesn't get their channel, so.......Although Shelly was easy on the eyes, her reports were basically redundant. They would show the leader board, then go to Shelly for an update on the leader board. Keep the focus on the fisher...

Re: Important Wild West tour!!!! All Please read

Over in AZ, about a week before the Pleasant Tournament, a potential pro caused quite a stir when he basically announced, on a popular FB page, that if he decided to fish the event, his co would simply be out for a boat ride. His style left the co with little to no water to fish, and that was just t...

It was several years ago. Can't remember the mods name, but would recognize it if I saw it. He and I had several PM's flying back and forth to resolve the issue. Seems it was about the time of an ownership/management change.

I think MLF is a major threat to BASS. The instant weight updates adds a whole new level of interest. And hearing the anglers talk throughout the day let's us get to know them a little. And hearing them give their thought about each other cracks me up. I love the MLF format.

Dear BASS, forget fishing, what we want to see is a boat race. There is so much to learn about fishing while watching boats at WOT for 3 - 4 hours a day. Suspend the "no trolling" rule and let them drag a lure at 80 MPH. Could revolutionize bass fishing.

Agree Kentuck. BASS has made some curious decisions re tourns. Their "Super Bowl" in the dead of winter? Northern venues that are practically unfishable at the times they occur. They claim to want to promote the sport, but they are their own worst enemy.
