I feel your pain! My champion trailer is a rust bucket. The tubular trailers flat out suck. They WILL get cancer and get it bad they WILL. No way around it with tubular. C channel or aluminum is the only way to go. 5 years is unacceptable IMO. Mine is 11 years old though. Next year I wil be ordering...

Super glue! This work great for water proofing wood baits. Make sure your bait is all the way dried out though cuz trapped moisture will cause the rest of your paint to bubble and crack. +10000000 I use the super glue all the time for quick fixes.
