Dang would have thought the bite would be on a bit better.... this happened to my brother and I about a month ago. It was crazy! They where in 10-30’ of water though. We landed 6 fish with one #3 LMB. At first there was no action whatsoever! Then I took my phone hooked it up to a snap swivel and let...

This video is on point about the diff between the 90/130 and the 110. And have to say one of the most protective lure for bass in the mornings and evenings! Within the past year of using it, it has not let me down!

Re: Best cranking reel out there?
The smaller size 100 and 200 baitcasters only hold 110 to 120 yards of 10-12 lb line, when you cast 40-50 yards the spooled line diameter is reduced dramatically and that reduces the Inch Per Turn line recovered by up to 50%. You must crank 2X to maintain lure speed and wears you out. Larger size s...

Try Ebay and Craigslist if no one comes through on here.
These rods are popular and might be hard to come by during fishing season.

Yet here is their recommended way of holding the fish....
"we recommend that anglers use two-handed support" Which is to support their lower jaw and back end. Its how I personally do it. To each their own though.

With a bit more rain that came in... it kept the water more in the 60-65 range. Was there yesterday and the warmest part I was able to spot was 64. Maybe the flats on the north east shores will be a bit warmer. There are fish willing to hit though. Water was quite clear though. Should be really nice...

Sometimes we take C&R too seriously, tring to do the right thing, this may have been one of those moments. Been there and done that and know from experience that bass was severely over stressed. I know I will get a lot of hate for stating this, any big older bass that can't dive down and swims o...

Record bass weight info question...
So the question I have is a basic one and I didn't find much info on this. So if a record Large mouth, spotted bass or small mouth is caught; is there certain line regulations on type of lines or anything of this kind that will keep a record bass from being recognized as record? Thanks for info......
