Have you ever fished the Delta before? Or tidal fisheries for bass? If not, and you're mostly familiar with lakes, considering you have a small window of time, head to the lakes mentioned above. The Delta can be a blast that time of year, but there are definitely some differences due to the tidal in...

Re: Targeting post spawned bass in CA Delta

I'm in the beginning stages of learning the Delta, but like Nate said, depth is relative. If you think about the contours of most Delta channels, there is obviously shallow grass, then you hit that channel slope (sometimes steep, sometimes not), and that slope has grass growing to a certain depth. How about respecting another person, let alone another fisherman, should be more important than the potential demise of a single fish? You're dealing with people here. It doesn't change because we're behind a keyboard.

Great video brother. Thanks for sharing and taking the time to put it together. Its unfortunate you get comments like those above. Injured fish are part of fishing. After watching the video, to include the diagram in the video, it seems the only difference between these hubs and others is the "triple seal" on that back? The issue is always with water getting in sooner or later and doing what water does. Ultimately the key is this new triple seal, and ...
