Hey Steve, I'm right with you--looking at a new F150 in the near future and have been researching trucks like crazy the last few months. As a disclaimer I will say I have not yet test driven any of the new F150's, but I'd think the 2.7 should be a fine choice for towing ANY bass boat. In fact, for m...

Hey all, I've been out of a boat for quite some time now, but would sure like to get another one within the next year or so. The two trucks I've owned -- a Tacoma and now a GMC Sierra -- have both been 2wd with open rear differentials. I've always run aftermarket tires and pulled my boats out of the...

Why is the Delta even on there? It's a great fishery, but technically it's not a lake!! I can see Shasta being #1...it has good fishing for lots of species not just Bass. Tahoe at #2 is an odd choice though, I could see it maybe being #5.

Sure they will, but you probably have the best chance w/ one at or near the surface. I've had them vigorously chase down topwaters, flukes, and swimbaits several times. If you cast near them, they will usually immediately go where the lure landed and if its visible, they'll try to nail it. I have ne...

People kill more fish than sea lions ever have or will. Poaching, dams, water diversions, pollution, fishing pressure, etc etc etc etc all take their toll. Everything co-existed just fine before populations exploded, thus having a detrimental effect on the environment. Rather than eradicate sea lion...
