Re: Delta water rights question

As far as I know the only marina off limits to fishing is Antioch Marina. Unless that has changed, it is illegal for a marina, boat owner, Home owner etc to block navigable water ways. Water flows and and you cannot own the water. They may own the land around and under the water but not the water it...

Russos is a great place and they can accommodate some campers so call them up. Plus you can leave ur boat parked in a slip. If not them try sugar barge which is down the road from Russos.

The ones Tom had I believe we're just little white circle stickers like the size of a dime with the line info printed on it and the sticker fit on the bottom/butt of the rod. You can probably find a pack of those stickers at staples or office max and just hand write on them. IE 10 lb flouro write 10...

It can be a tough lake in in general but the weather is still nice and there should still be a fall bite. Dropshot, jigs, senkos and pretty much whatever you would fish in any other clear water lake. For stripers use anchovies by the dam or off some of the further out rock islands. Or float the rive...

Ya current and cover are your friends for the summer. The water in the main rivers or where there is current is cleaner and cooler with higher oxygen levels and carries food right to their mouths.
