I set up 4 cams on my place in the hills above livermore this past year and ended up with 4K + photos, lots with cows and squirrels, but plenty with game and predators. The larger the tire the more slowly it rotates, larger tires run cooler than smaller ones. Smaller tires generate more heat which is a leading cause of blowouts, that heat is transfered to surrounding surfaces as well i.e. bearings and axels I would personally go with the largest wheel/tire combinat...
