Yes. I would ALWAYS look for a wireless signal first. You will be amazed at how many businesses/folks leave their wireless connection open and unsecured. Anyhow thanks for the cost info on the wireless plans, I'm gonna check with my service provider to see what the damage would be for me.

bait is usually more solid and looks like an open umbrella, larger/smaller depending on the amount. Also you don't usually see bait tight to the bottom in open water

Unless the oil has been sitting in an open container for a while I'd see no reason to remove it. If you still must, the quickest way may be with a turkey baster. If you have a great deal of oil, there are hand pumps available at hardware or automotive stores that you can use.
