DC, I agree that the Delta should have made the list, and that it is much better than the Potomac. But I also strongly believe the Columbia does belong on this list...it is awesome, and you need 20 pounds of smallmouth to win a tourney many months here. Chris, I agree. I do the same thing with line unless I stuff it inside a mesh waste bag that I keep in a compartment. Too often line that is balled up and stuffed in a pocket for later disposal ends up blowing out of the boat and still doing damage, so cutting it up on the spot is preferrable to me....

Did you mail it directly to Lamiglas, or take it to a dealer? Incidentally, most rods that are damaged from being stepped on, or scratched by rubbing against something, break on a hookset because loading the rod causes the scratch to break the rod.
