Re: How does the MLF changes affect California Bass fisherman?
Way I read it there's 80 guys doing the BPT using their boats, 8 tournys I think, but MLf stays the same with the same guys for now. Love the show but the long term byproduct is more people on the water

Used to keep my old aluminum boat on the lake fall thru spring, fine steel wool,0000, with pretty much anything did the trick. Got to using silicone spray for some reason, did this for over 20 years, worked great, doesn't scratch the hull at all

Re: 5 Rescued at Lake Oroville from Boat Crash; at least 1 dead
I had a friend who called it the freeway complex, only way people know how to drive. Boats to big, people to me first, shame but the way it is. I fish a 700 acre private lake docks full of giant wakeboard boats driven by people who've never been told no in their lives, down right scary. I give it up...

The old Rebel Spoonbills are great baits. Wrap some solder on the hooks, get down & stay there. Pull them rather than jerk, great cold water bait

MT, thanks. My though is to have it up front so I can see all the fish I'm missing! The way my lake is set up you can drop the trolling motor & do docks for an hour or so & never start the big motor. Not overly tech savy, gonna be asking more questions here.
