Hi Garrett, I have just increased the bit rate on the last two movies to 600bps from the current 320bps. This should help make the movies cleaner with less pixilation. I talked with George Azavedo last week. He told me about his product and was really quite excited about the results. He did mention that he has several local municipalities using the product with great results. I will keep you posted as I get more info.
