Re: Leaning Hud

If it's new, take it back to where you bought it. If you've thrown it for a while, the weight inside may have come loose, and shifted. That's the only thing I can think of. If Ken Huddleston handles this the way he dealt with the earlier paint problem, you should be all set. He is a straight shooter.

Re: shakey head selection Blue R70

That's how I used to rig the hitchhiker, but I found that, with smaller hook eyes, it was hard to put it on with the line already tied, and it was hard to tie after the hitchhiker was already clipped on. I like the Spotsticker heads becaust the hook eye protrudes up out of the lead enough to let me ...

If you go onto Tackle Warehouse up in the banner, then click on terminal tackle, darter heads, and scroll down to Spotsticker ball head long shank jigheads, they are a steal at $1.99 for 5. Just don't tell anyone. Buy some hitchhiker screw-in lure holders, and paint the heads whatever color you want...

Do you think part of your success when you played hookey might have been due, in part, to the lack of pressure on a week day?
I know, when I'm up at Cachuma for ten days straight, the week days, no matter what the weather, are always better.

In'my experience, this is right on. If you run a conventional (wet cell) battery down, it reduces it's ability to hold a charge by 50%+-. according to my boat mechanic. Do it enough, and they'll be worthless. I leave my chargers hooked up to both my trolling motor and cranking batteries as soon as I...
