Motherlode Kayakers
Just wondering if there is anybody that frequents the Motherlode lakes in there yak? I am thinking with the low water levels (I know it's been raining and snowing) it's time to take a kayak out. Curious to see if anybody has been up to McClure? Looking to get as close to Bagby as possible to launch ...

Re: Bow mount fish finder suggestions??
I mounted a Lowrance Elite 7 (without X Chirp) on my console about a year and a half ago when they first came out. I used it several times prior to my time away from fishing, and was very impressed. It was a HUGE upgrade to my X15mt / portable H2O gps. I was running. I also installed an HDS 5 on the...

I am not sure of the exacts (as it was before my time), but Wayne Brawley was one of the first to make them, fish them, etc. He was a great guy, fun to hang out with....especially at our Clear Lake outings. I heard it many times....he forgot more about jigs and jig fishing then most of us will ever ...

As a member of the AmBassAdors for the last 10 years, I will tell you this. A great deal of planning goes into to this event every year.
