nobody likes them. BASS has changed the "business" plan every year since Ray Scott left the first time. I can guarantee you they are already working on changes for 2007. Right now FLW Outdoors is eating their lunch and they are trying to keep up. BASS membership comes with and at the price...

I gotta go with the David Fritts from BPS

I have had it for over 5 years now. I also have a St. Croix I love but the Fritts handles speed traps to DD22's great. Get the Fritts and invest the money you'll save on a Curado. Good luck....Barry

I'm thinkin...

the bottom of the boat is always a shadow to the fish and color is immaterial. My experience has been to catch shallow fish in Clear water, you have to make long casts. I got a real lesson in that technique during the Delta Everstart.....Barry

Go with the best you can afford. That said, and I encourage people to buy locally BUT it is really hard to beat the David Fritts model crankin rods from Bass Pro. Check them out.

Pro glue

I tried it on a small swim bait. It is another version of super glue. Worked fine BUT use it sparingly. Almost glued my finger to the bait when some squezzed out. Good luck...Barry
