Re: Gas Going Up Up & Up!

There is a liberal element that wants us all to be driving hybrid or electric cars even if we don't want to. The only way that happens is if we can't afford to drive the cars and trucks we really want to. There is an agenda out there that wants to drive the price of gas up and is doing whatever they...

For what it's worth, a long time ago I was told that in the Winter you should fish the Delta like a lake. Stay away from current, the fish generally will not move up and down with the tide. So look for places like harbors and dead end sloughs that have a little depth in them. I can't imagine things ...

I bet stickbait knows how to fix 'em   Like Dan says, just bring a bucket along. Every half our or so pour a fresh bucket of water in each one. Don't need to pump them out, it will go out the overflow. Cold water like in the delta now, and slow metabolism, the fish will do fine with that. ...

Right now and for the next couple months is "blown powerhead season". This is the time of year with cool dry air that is rich in oxygen. This leans out the motor due to higher ratio of oxygen to fuel. Engine will run super strong till it burns a piston. This may be less true with newer mot...

The ones I saw on the Classic coverage were higher than that. The one on Alton Jones' boat stuck up at least 12 inches above the outboard, maybe more. Maybe they were mounted differently or a longer model than the one in your picture? It is a neat idea.
