Re: ONE WEEK TO GO - SIGN UP NOW!!! Spring NutCase Event

OK gang - sorry for the delay. 24 pounds with a 6 pound kicker - nice bag!

Good job also Phyliss - 20 pound bags are pretty impressive right now, from the couple of times I've been out recently!

Another vote for Berryessa... good facilities, and a great lake to enjoy! I really love camping out there, and this is the perfect time of year to go (before the lake lice get thick!). Largemouth, spots and smallmouth all on tap, and I'm thinking the fishing should be getting pretty good right about...

Looks more like a largemouth... no spots on the belly. One of the notable traits of the spotted bass vs the largemouth is the tongue patch... here are the general guidelines: Largemouth bass •Cheek scales same size as rest of body scales •Green with dark horizontal stripe •Without rows of dark spots...

The bait and weight will be what shows... have to play with sensitivity settings to find what works best under the conditions you're fishing.

Watch the realtime display on the right side and you should be able to watch them fall.
