Is the rain helping Clear Lake level any?

Is the rain up there enough to make a dent in the lake level?

NOAA is showing 0.0 inches of Rain in Lake County - so im gonna go out on a limb and say no. Clear Lake is going to need lots of rain to get back up.

The rain keeps missing us!!It will take a week of good rain just to get the creeks to run.5th street remains open.
