Need some information for ranger 519vx on jack plate

I have 2001 ranger 519vx with a 200hp yamaha vmax. I recently just purchased a minn kota talon and now I'm in need of some information regarding what off set to get on a jack plate 3,6,8,10,12. I'm looking to purchase a bobs machine action series jack plate. Any information will be greatly appreciated. If this post is not allowed here please delete it. Thank you
