200 XS Opti w/ Sprtmaster low hrs. What is this worth

I need forums input/help on what is a engine like this worth. Any input would be appreciated. Not a lot of knowledge here in Northern ID.
I Purchased a 18’ Starcraft Futura aluminum v-hull boat last season and it has a
2004 Optimax 200 XS with20” Sportmaster 20” lower unit. Mounted on 12” setback jackplate.
Dealer did service last season after my purchase: dealer showed 213 hours, installed==new plugs/wires, impeller/housing, fuel filter, air filter, lower unit serviced, Compression 120# all. (Noted Smartcraft gauge not working)
Dealer stated too much motor for this type boat, sits too low in water at rest. Stated a perfect go fast engine for race type boat hull or bass boat. Engine runs perfect once on plane but boggy due to sitting so low on transom at idle or wot to get on plane.
I want to sell and buy a 4 stroke smaller engine (150hp) for this fishing boat.

How many hours, Where you located

Only put few hours on engine last season so maybe 220hrs
Located on Priest Lake in north idaho, about 1 1/2 hr from Spokane, WA
