Fishing Oroville Lake 05/23/2017

Launched at Lime Saddle about 6:35, stopped fishing at 10:40am when the heat began making me sweat!! hot today. What a difference when water warms back up from my last trip, up to 68-70 degrees today and the fish were loving the warmth more then last week. Killed them today (not really) released all. Managed to catch 44 spots this morning, with 4 in the 15-15 1/2" range, one 16" and one 17" along with many in the 14 1/2" range with only 2-3 in the 10-12" range. Also got my first smallie about 13". All thin as most have spawned already, but 2-3 still full of eggs.
