Its hard to believe that anyone thinks moving where you suck all the water out of the delta will change the damage it will do to the delta.
Who was it ? That said there is a sucker born every minute.

Very frustrating. I am doing my research project for my political science class on the California Waterfix and it is just terrible. Lots of one sided money involved.

W.C.Fields, The state of California is getting hoodwinked on this deal and most people of oblivious to whats happening! We have to get the masses to understand that we are all getting taken advantage of!
