Transfer Waypoints from Navionics App to Lowrance

I just got my Lowrance HDS Carbon units yesterday and was happy to finally be able to use the plotter sync feature to transfer waypoints (markers) from my app to my graph. This is helpful since I often mark good spots on the app while I am at home sitting on the couch. I also mark spots while fishing with a buddy, and before would have to write down the coordinates and more times than not I would mess it up or get frustrated.

Here is how to do it.

First connect your phone to the wifi of your graph. It's fairly simple if you have ever connected your phone to something like the GoPro app it is very similar.



Then in the app click the menu and you will see "device connected" with your graph name. Click that and then "start sync" it goes pretty quickly.



Then you will see this.

One thing to note is that your card must have an active subscription and the unit must be wifi capable (Lowrance HDS Carbon, HDS Gen3, Elite Ti) and your software must be updated as well.
