Fishing at Lake Skinner is really good for all species. The bluegill are biting meal worms. They are big. The bass are staging in front of the deeper tule and can be caught on frogs and Senkos. You have to make long cast and focus on the deeper banks. Switch to a dropshot on light line when the sun gets up.
