ComforTroll dmensions - depth

What are the dimensions of the ComforTroll? I have an obstruction 4 7/8 inches below the surface of the deck.Thanks!

I emailed Comofrt for the dims last week & here is their reply.

Joe, you will need an opening 9.5 x 17.5 the ComforTroll is 4" deep.
