I have a problem with my trolling motor (MotorGuide). When I go to turn it, it feels like the pedal is slipping. When I got home I took the cover off of the head and the gears are perfect. Then I took the pedal off of the deck and turned it over to see if I can see where it's slipping from. I feel it slipping but I can't see where it's slipping from.
Has anyone had this same problem?

Hey Phil,
The problem was a set screw loose in the head.
